Mom’s Linguine Salad

One of my favorite pasta salads is my mom’s Linguine Salad!

Here’s how to make this phenomenally delicious pasta salad.

Cook the full package linguine to al dente.

While it’s cooking, mix the following together in a large enough bowl to hold the pasta and stir it all up:

Red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder, cracked black pepper.

I put the vinegar (1/4 cup mixed) and seasoning mix in a bowl big enough to hold all the pasta and pull the pasta out of the hot water right into the bowl. Toss it to let the linguine soak up the vinegar and seasoning. Then let it cool before adding the tomatoes and cucumbers – add whatever else you think will work in it, thick sliced salami chopped rough, and thick sliced provolone cheese chopped rough. Toss it all to combine and drizzle more mix of vinegar and seasoning with some really tasty extra virgin olive oil.
